About this service
Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Crisis & Communication Coaching (CCC) are the foundation of effective teamwork under pressure. We train cockpit and ground crews in how communication, decision-making and mutual support work in emergencies — aligned with EASA requirements and ICAO best practice. Our coaches bring years of active flight-operations experience and know the cockpit-to-ground interface from the inside.
